Wow, this new forum seems terrible.
It appears we have created an exclusive club of custom avatars for now. Lets hope we get to keep them and that our club doesn't remain exclusive.

Usually on these game forums i use a dancing Krystal silhouette avatar but dont feel like it this time.

So you can't have custom avatars now after all?!?! *smashes dreams with a sledgehammer* As soon as I saw people posting about custom ones, I scurried on over to my profile, hoping to change the generic one to something original that I always use on these type of forums. That's why I haven't chosen one of the FFG ones... They arent very original and I don't really like any of the ones that haven't been used by the masses already on this forum... I hope FFG fixes this and adds custom avatars again.

It's the Henry Ford paradigm. You can get it in whatever color you want it, as long as you want white.
The one thing I miss right now is the "Jump to last read" command in the threads.
At least now we know who is "liking"
I'm really thinking I may be waiting until I can change this color scheme again before spending much time here again. This white is just so bright.
I'm not convinced. It looks way too empty. And I just don't like the aesthetic.

That was on my PC. I just went and tried it on my Kindle Fire and can't figure it out either. If I hold down for second, I get a pop-up but it is asking me if I want to open the link in anew tab, download it, etc. and still goes to the last post on the thread.

Why does it allow guest posting now? The look is not to my liking and it seems many others but that is personal preference, my beef is this guest post crap. They have effectively unbanned everyone and opened a new door of anonymous bs. Many didn't like PGS but he was at least man enough to claim his rants. Soooo much grief is coming...so much.

I don't think that the site has been fully ported over and in its final configuration. Before we go and raid the IT offices to scalp the programmers give it a week or two. That should give the guys time to identify some bugs and tweak the system. We can go scalp hunting on Feb 6.
