CC: fleets of the admirals must be known?

I have a question, the fleets must be known by other faction before the match or are them hide till the match?

I have a question, the fleets must be known by other faction before the match or are them hide till the match?

Thanks in advance

Fleets are revealed before battles are declared.

But I think it's a pretty common tweak to keep fleets secret until battle is joined.
