If the challenge deck runs out, do you reshuffle it and put it back or what?
If you receive enough exhaustion that it becomes wounds, can you use armor to cancel the wounds received?
If a "before combat" ability lets you make a magic attack, can you use a weapon that boosts a magic attack even if it says that it can only be used in the "magic" phase?

The Challenge deck cannot run out because every resolved card (which you are not instructed to keep) should go on the bottom of the deck.

Yes, but, please, remember that some armors have specific instructions regarding the phase in which you can use them.

No. "Before combat" period is not a phase.
