asked to purchase what lies within a second time

By HK 47, in Mansions of Madness

anyone else out there purchase what lies within, have it active for a time, and then be told by the app you need to purchase again?

You sure you signed into your tablet with same account you originally got it with?

yes.

Sounds like quite a bug...

bizarre, right? i opened a case with software support but have yet to hear back...

Yeah, it's curious, and it definitely shouldn't happen. DLC material shouldn't have an expiration date...

What service did you use to purchase it? Did you check your purchase history?

Check your data or wifi connection. If you do not have access to internet, you cannot play the DLC offline (I saw the buy message in Android until I realized that).

I encountered something similar after playing around with iCloud accounts and App-store accounts on my iPad.

The app was convinced I was an unentitled user, so it did not want to download the latest update - even though I was logged on with the correct account at that time.

I'm not sure whether it's a bug in the app, or rather in iOS. The trick to fix it was by removing and reinstalling the app, making sure I was logged on with the correct iCloud and app-store accounts.

Maybe the same thing will help for you.
