I have a funny question about how these cards interact. Lets say I put the IG-88D on Moralo Eval (YV-666), who can use his cannon from his aux arc. If I put the Title card on the Aggressor ie IG-88B does he now get the aux arc fire as well? Since the Title gives the Unique pilot abilites to all who have the IG title? Or not because the YV cannot use the IG title card?

IGD Crew doesn't give the same effects as the IG2000 title, nor does it entitle you to use the IG2000 title. The transfer is one way, from the brobot, to the ship with IGD on board.
IG88 crew doesnt go both ways. He gives the ship he's on the abilities tossed around in the title but doesnt throw a new one into the pile.
Otherwise IggyB and Dengar would never leave the table.
The IG-2000 title card is a title card that only works on the Aggressor ship. The title lets you share abilities with other people that have the Aggressor title.
IG-88D crew lets you have the abilities of all other cards with the IG-2000 title card. It does not let them have your ability.
So....if you have ships with IG-2000 card you can share abilities. If you have IG-88D crew, you can also use those abilities, but don't offer up anything in return.

By reading the card and doing what it says, and not doing what it doesn't say.
It would have opened a lot of interesting things but the fact that Dengar exists removes that possibility. Even though he gains nothing from IggyB, having 2 ships with the in-arc retaliation ability would be absolutely broken, especially since both are pretty beefy.
Im positive if Dengar didnt exist IggyD Crew would have literally been the title, for probably 4-5pts. I can think of some other mean combos but not utterly broken combos.
Besides, the IG cardboard base does not have an auxiliary arc anyway..
