I've always loved Rey and I'm started to get infatuated with Miranda. Anyone have opinions on this? I like the idea from my other thread with A-Wings, but I worry about it's damage potential as well as the difficulty in flying it well. This, though, seems pretty straight forward. Fly Miranda in front of Rey, dropping Conner Nets and Ion bombs as she goes with TLT plinks. Ionized opponent ships will be ripe targets for Rey, particularly if she can Sloop behind them. I miss Homing Missles on this, though, which would be great for that first pass.

I've run a very similar squad, and it is good. I just need to remember that Rey is more fragile than she appears. I usually fly Rey aggressively, and lose her, but then Miranda can usually clean up.

That's kind of what I was thinking would happen. Rey would get burned down fairly quickly, but by then there should be a decent amount of the opposition going down with her. By that point, Miranda should be able to mop things up.
