I've only completed this scenario twice, but I'm not all that keen on, the discarding from the encounter deck, to find a card, type mechanic - it's just so swingy. In my first try, Jazz Mulligan was right at the bottom of the deck, that playthrough didn't go so well, and the game really dragged on quite a bit! On my second playthrough, I found him on my second attempt (my first discard got rid of 4 monsters!) - this time I managed to kill the experiment ![]()
I had equally swingy results whenever this mechanic was used in LOTR.
