If I have the Jack of All Trades skill and a 2 Surge token. When I use the surge token during a combat round, can I use it to activate a 1 Surge cost token twice?

Basically, I play a Surge token with a value of 2. I have Jack of All Trades. My Surge ability costs 1 Surge. Can I use that Surge ability twice in the same combat round, or do I have to have another Surge token so I can use that ability in another combat round?
