CC Imp List tips (Screed & Interdictor)

Hey friends!

I am starting an Armada campaign in a day or two and need to build an Imp list, which I haven't flown much before.

I know I want to use one Interdictor, and Motti is taken so I'm thinking Screed as a commander. Other restrictions are that I only have 1 of each ship.

A teammate went the 'dictor Konstantine control route, so I picture mine being a little more aggressive, using the 'dictor for Targeting Scramblers and to be a Shields battery with Comms Net and Projection Experts.

Here's my preliminary list, but I'm very open to radically different suggestions.

ISD-1

Screed

X17? Not sure what would be most effective single upgrade for this guy.

'Dictor (Combat? could go Suppressor)

(Trying to decide between starting with Targeting Scramblers and Projection Experts, as cool as the latter is I feel the scramblers would be better for the first battle upgrade. If I went Suppressor route I would eventually get Scramblers and grab shift because moving obstacles and stations around seems very powerful in the campaign. But it seems difficult to give up the ability to use Screed's ability at long range and the extra AA die esp in an initially fighter-light list. But going suppression refit would enable me better to go Avenger / Overload Pulse later on.)

Changes in list

Note: I'm also considering swapping out the Vic for a Glad to help free up points for a squadron (leaning towards rhymer ball strategy there).
