Just watched the new Rebels episode again. Man! Killer stuff! How cool would it be to have a Mandalorian boxed set or blister pack! I was never a huge Mandalore fan until this episode (and I go way back). After watching Darksaber. . .holy crap! I am so in and I hope FFG follows suit with IA! What did you think of the episode? And how about a Mandalorian set?
Mandalorians:How cool would that be!
I was a huge Mandalorian fan until Clone Wars. I would still like to see a Mandalorian blister pack with two Mandalorian warriors. Shooters, not melee. They could be like more elite-r version of elite Jet troopers. I hated the darksaber in Clone Wars, so I'm afraid to watch this episode for which you speak in Rebels.
It would be and has been a great cash cow, but it breaks from tradition and definitely the mystique of only having a few left in the galaxy. If you made them elite only like the dewback so they weren't over represented and maybe had one unique character, it wouldn't be terrible, but fix boba fett first, please?

Oh this I completely agree with. You know what's funny, not that it matters, but if you read the Empire Strikes novelization, it describes Boba Fett's armored spacesuit as one worn by "evil" commandos defeated by the Jedi during the Clone Wars. My how times have changed. Anyway bringing in the Mandalorians would be, well would have been counter to the timeline, but apparently nothing is sacred.

Glad I am not the only one that remembers that little piece of Star Wars history. Or Tales of the Jedi, how Mandalore made an appearanc there as well.

I am a huge (yewge) Rebels fan and I loved the episode. Very cool and dark and emotional. I watched the Clone Wars, like bits, did not like other bits. Siege of Mandalore was cool. Darksaber, however, plays more on Sabine's background. You should be safe!

And lightsabers are wielded by "evil" sith lords defeated by the Jedi. There are lots of Mandalorians.
We should get a blister of them, and they should be effective but expensive troops, not totally unlike royal guards. This way, we can see their expertise, but also their expense can similarly serve as a reminder of their dwindling numbers. Supply and demand, man.
