Looking for a little assistance on new build ideas for these three, any advice?
Also, I don't own Auto thrusters yet >.<

Autothrusters doesn't matter for the three ships in your subject line. None of them can use it.
Wedge is unfortunately on just-for-fun duty. If that's all right with you, then try him with Outmaneuver or Push the Limit, BB-8 and Engine Upgrade.
Wes is good in formation flying jousting lists. Most of his builds choose from the following upgrades: Veteran Instincts, Draw their Fire, Snap Shot, R3-A2, R2-D2 and usually Integrated Astromech.
Corran has one build few players deviate from: Push the Limit, R2-D2, Fire Control System, Engine Upgrade. I'm in the minority that flies Corran differently. My build is: Lone Wolf, R2-D2, Flechette Torpedoes, Sensor Jammer and Stealth Device. Neither build is easy; Corran demands a lot from the player.
Gotta love the classic X-Wings :-D
Running the three of these together will be difficult due to points. For Corran to be effective your looking at around 40-50 points. I like to run him like this:
Corran Horn/ E- Wing: 35 pt.
Veteran instincts: 1 pt.
Fire Control System: 2 pt.
R2-D2: 4 pt.
Total: 42 pt.
You'll be hard pressed to fit both Wes and Wedge in here so I'd choose one and get him a cheaper wing man. I would run both of them similarly; in a formation with their wing and try and fight at the range 2-3 band. The thing to keep in mind is they both have awesome pilot abilities and unfortunately are pretty easy to pop so they will likely be your opponents first target. Wes' job is to strip tokens and set up shots for his partners so I'd give him VI which brings him to PS 10. Wedge just annoying for the other guy; I like to do a slow joust keeping him fighting at range 3 as much as possible. Also; with T-65s your almost always going to want to take some kind of astromech and the integrated modification.
The Plan: I'd start the Ace X-Wing in formation with his wing man centerish field and Corran on a flank within range 3-4 of the others. The first couple turns would be slow boated forward and when there's an opening button hook in from the flank. If your opponent chooses to joust with Corran instead of your Ace then you just reverse the roles and the X-Wing/ Wing man become the flankers. Unload on to enemy hopefully blowing one up, get out of dodge, set up for another attack run, rinse and repeat. The most important thing here is timing especially with Corran's ability; using it at the right moment and taking the time to regen shields with R2-D2 is key. Also how you set up for the second attack run could make or break the match; you really want as many of your ships as you can hitting the same target simultaneously.
As stated above this type of list will not be easy but can be very effective and satisfying with practice. Hope that helps man.
What about Wes, Wedge, Biggs?
What about Wes, Wedge, Biggs?
Or you could run this... Wes (VI, R3A2, Integrated), Biggs (R4D6, Integrated), and Coran (VI, FCS, R2D2)
