The SC2-M is in Forged in Battle, which is similar to the 2-M. I'd probably take that, enclose the cabin, reduce the speed, and replace the double guns with just a single heavy one, though I'd probably think about adding "inaccurate" or something too, since enclosing the cab makes it much more powerful.

For the MTV, take a speederbike, drop speed to one, handling to 0, double the HT, and replace the light blaster with a heavy one.
