1). If I am going to feedback array a ship, do I HAVE to feedback Biggs if he is in range 1 o me and the other ship?

2). If a VCX does not have a shuttle docked, does the rear arc count when the VCS is being attacked by a ship with Fearlessness?

1. Is Feedback array an ATTACK? No, although it can cause damage. With no attack that means there is no requirement to target Biggs.

2. It is still a printed arc even if it can't be used.
