I'm trying to figure out the best options, and my fleet is grown beyond the strayer set, but I only have the foam insert so far; I'm wondering what creative ideas you guys have:

Those don't look like any of the Feldherr foam trays I've seen.
They look professionally done. Did you make those yourself?

I believe you are correct! I've not seen these before. Are there others besides Feldherr and Battlefoam?
$10 toolbox, $10 foam, 2 hours of slicing with a knife. Holds everything very snug.
Plano Guide Series holds everything I own, which is at least one of every release. - 1 Core set, 1 of each ship expansion (2 MC30, 3 GR75, 2 Gozanti), two of each fighter pack (including the new ones)... So lots. I have one three-ring binder with appropriate pages for all the sleeved cards too.

How do you store the ISD and VSD so they aren't damaged during transport; I travel with mine
I looked into storage and was horrified by the cost.
I went and made my own similar to a post above, you can buy packaging foam online. I bought a big hold all box and 4 large sheets of Foam, I have all rebels on one tray (about half full) all imperial on another (again half full) and a tray of fighters) 3/4 full.
This whole set up cost me £45 or so and is future proof for at least 3 or 4 waves and possibly more.
