If someone drops a rigged cargo on a unit does it get a stress token immediately or not until it makes its maneuver?

Strangely, the word 'bomb' is not the same as [bomb icon]. Is there a rule that says, for instance, that a Conner Net is a bomb?

Rules Reference p7, "Bombs" makes it pretty clear.

"Each Bomb ([bomb symbol]) upgrade card...".
