Was there ever confirmation that Inquisitor Whitlocke (described in the initial example of play in DH1's core) is Inquisitor Whitlock (the one all about halo devices) and it was just a typo?

I'm assuming yes, as there are a few other examples of similar minor name changes as well.

Or was Whitlocke was ever mentioned elsewhere in the books ever.
