Dengar has the following:

Predator + extra munitions + plasma torps. + K-4 security droid + R-4 B-11 + Punishing one

Bossk has :

VI + Feedback array + 4-lom + Boba Fett + Maneuvering fins.

I've never played this list (I prefer Trandoshan Slaver + 2xJumpMaster or Dengaroo) but your Dengar build is a good start. A K-4 fits him like a glove, as does the Punishing One firepower and plasma torps. The YV-666 is a great, competitive ship. However the problem with running Bossk + Dengar is that the YV-666 is most competitive with the "Party Bus" build in my experience, but that build practically requires Dengar as crew, plus Zuckuss and 4-LOM. Gunner is a decent but very expensive substitute. Furthermore, Boba's ability is situational and interferes with Bossk's ability as well, if only for one round.

To emulate a Party Bus build with Dengar, you can drop VI on Bossk and give him Predator (you will, of course, need to drop 2 pts worth of upgrades-Feedback Array maybe?), 4-LOM and Zuckuss (instead of Boba). The downside is that you can't downgrade to Trandoshan Slaver due to the use of an EPT slot, and that costs quite a few points. When playing with this list, watch out for flankers trying to get behind Bossk and pick them off with Dengar whenever possible; Bossk will take care of the rest.

If you have any points remaining, I quite like Glitterstim on Dengar, especially if you expect his ability to activate that turn.
