Consider the 2x2 blocking terrain in the middle of
Nelvaanian Warzone. Say you have a jet trooper move over the top left corner of the blocking terrain so he's positioned like so

Q1: Would the jet trooper [ J ] be able to fire through the bottom right corner at [ T ]?
Q2: Would [ T ] be able to fire at [ J ]?

The other spaces are still blocking terrain for the purposes of line of sight.
You can't draw line of sight through a solid red line unless you're actually standing in the same space as that line.
