I'm playing a 200 pt game shortly, and want to run a high PS stresshog with bombs.

Can the "on reveal" bombs be dropped whilst stressed? i'm aware the action ones cant be but i'm unsure if the on reveal constitutes a "free action" and as such doesn't work whilst stressed

Do what the card says. Do not do what the card does not say. The card says nothing about being limited by stress, nor anything about being any sort of action, so it is neither.

Things are only free actions if they include the words 'free' and 'action' in that order
