No I'm referring to a thread that literally had everything in one post. I've spent several hours on 3 hours sleep searching for it and using he search feature on my phone to no avail.
Didn't intend to be an expletive, so I hope the humor wasn't loss as I at least attempted to be helpful!
That said, I don't think such a mythical unicorn of a thread exists. At least I personally don't remember a successful one that was as broad as you are requesting.
There are a number of useful link dump threads, but I think they typically try to stick to the heading of the sub they are on, IE painting help will have a metathread linking to multiple painting sources in the painting sub, Podcast and fleet builder metathread on the general, so on and so forth.

I find it really easy. But i think that is just me.
It helps when you remember that he is referring to your thread...
But even that is more just "strategy" focused meta, not a true everything under the sun thread.
I guess my off topic point was whether or not that sort of thing was needed, or if all our varied seperate condenser threads were good enough.
