7 dice attacks with whisper should be pretty easy to pull off regularly. I'd even argue that one should keep the Sigmas cloaked constantly and just feed evades

Looks harsh, eventually you'll hit PS 9+ with initiative, tractor beamy shadowcaster, stress mechanic, or something else that will make it crumble quite effectively, but it will be a PITA to fight for a lot of other lists.

Even a PS8 ace will shred the TIE Phantoms. I'd get id of Stygium particle accelerator on one of the Lackeys and give Whisper Agent Kallus as a crew upgrade.

Anything PS 4 or below will get fairly hammered, however.
