The players can build a base. Mainly the missions that they complete unlocks a feature. The cost to unluck depends on the succes of the previous missions: if they make the right choices and the mission is a great succes, it will cost nothing since the negotiation with an invester went great, or in a mini-quest they managed to free a powerful investor.
One tree the players can improve is 'Defense'.
I'd like to have 16 possible improvements, of which the player will be able to install 8.
Each improvement gives a bonus to the base, aswell as an asset to the players. I need you to help me:

1. Install security camera's in the base which can be operated from a central control room
- Extra bonus: find the right asset at the right time: increasing the chance to have a droid available for a mission with 10%
(Players can unlock droids to assist them on a mission, at the beginning of a mission i roll 1d100 to see if they can have a droid to go with them. With this bonus the chance of getting the droid is increased with 10%)
