Nemeses Deck Question

By animattor78, in Imperial Assault Campaign

Good morning,

I am using the new Nemeses Deck in my campaign. We are playing through Jabba's Exp. During the first mission I selected Kyn and Bossok. As I understand the card One goes in my "hand" the other is a none factor. I never declared or mentioned Bossok as he was not ever in my hand or in play. My question is:

Am I limited now to Kyn and Bossk for the rest of the campaign or Am I allowed to choose two new characters each mission?

Thanks

Matt

You gain/earn two villains of your choice of different affiliations at the start of the campaign.

For each mission you choose one villain you have gained/earned (by Nemeses or by winning agenda side mission) and add it to your hand. This is not counted towards your open group limit, the card is added after you have chosen your open groups. In addition you can choose to take the other villain (or others you have earned) into the open groups if you think you have space. Affording to actually deploy them is a consideration, and also having figures you can reinforce and redeploy (uniques do not return to your hand when they are defeated).

As a house-rule you may ask the rebels if you can change your choices mid-campaign if it turns out you chose extremely unwisely. But I wouldn't ask to be able to do that for each mission.

OK so kyn is now my official Imp Villian and when we start up our next session I need to make it known Bossk is my Scum.

Cool, thanks. This does make sense building the narrative that the heroes could see these guys over and over again.

I appreciate the answer.
