I am New to the game but love playing rebels. So, this list is about playing in the face of the enemy and hitting hard and fast with T70s.

Jess wants to be at range 1 to get rerolls, so Target Lock is not an important action. With Expertise, Focus isn't critical either, except it can be used for defense, which is great when you stack it with her rerolls. Nien and Snap are both pretty solid there, if a little lean. I am wondering if Snap would like Autothrusters more than Nien because his free boost when he moves fast allows him to get to range 3/out of a turret's arc. Or, you could drop Autothrusters completely and replace it with Snapshot on Nien for the chance at two R3-A2 stress in one turn (which a lot of people are fond of on the forums, so I don't blame you if you want to take your squad a different direction). Actually, yeah I like that a lot. And then you can move Jess' Autothrusters to Snap, and Integrated Astromech on Jess because even if she ditches the droid she still gets to hold onto and use Expertise - it's like a free shield point with no downside. Just a few opinions of mine.
I'm not sure about your choice of pilots; I mean, Jess is all about formation flying, when Snap is clearly a flanker and Nien Numb will want to project himself at range 1 rapidly. So I don't know if you'll be able to both fly in formation and get the best use of your pilots at the same time.
If you want to use Jess in a 3 T70 formation, what about a jousting team with two regen guys?

graet advice! i have just try it a few hours ago and with great results! i want to try a list with everyone using expertise and came up with this. please tell me your thoughts:

you are right, i went crazy with expertise and then i figured out a more balanced way to fly this. Still undecided on nien with auto thrusters or snap shot or pattern analyzer, which 2 of 3 would you pick?

Caveat: Pattern Analyzer is a great offensive tool to help Nien get to range 1 after a T-roll in order to activate his ability. I guess you have to ask yourself if you are more of a defensive or offensive player.
I've actually flown a slightly more defensive version of this list, with Poe + R5-P9 and Snap + R2-D2, with moderate success. Snap does like to fly off on his own and ignore Jess.
I don't like the look of the idea of R3-A2 on Nien. You have no PTL or barrel roll and you must be in Range 1 with the enemy in your firing arc to successfully carry out your strategy, which can be surprisingly tough, especially if you're going after a pilot with higher PS than yours. R3A2 is far more effective on a Y-Wing with the BTL-A4 title or any other ship that can attack twice and doesn't care about stress, as it can hit at range 2-3 (a much wider area than inside your firing arc at Range 1) and is guaranteed to deny your opponent's action next turn unless he has stress clearing support (say, Epsilon Leader).
That said, as you said you're new to the game, a similar, more mobile list with the same PS across the board may be a bit easier to fly:
Poe Dameron (PS8) + Predator + R5-P9 + Integrated Astromech (37)
"Snap" Wexley + R2-D2 + VI + Integrated Astromech (33)
Ello Asty + Adaptability (30)
3xPS8 instead of PS7/6/3, regen all day, and I personally like Ello Asty's white Tallon Rolls. You could also drop Poe's Predator for Lone Wolf and get R5-X3 or R2 Astromech + Integrated Astromech on Ello Asty, or get Nien + Adaptability + BB-8 or R3-A2 or any 1-2 pt Astromech to taste + Integrated Astromech.

thanks a lot guys for your feedback. After some play testing i've been thinking about switching out nien, since he is the one who always dies first and only gets to use his ability once per match on average. So this is my follow up build focusing on high mobility and high damage:

Even though Jess's ability works well with Expertise, I'm not sure that it's good enough for 5 points and the Astromech slot.

I was skeptical at first, but jess hits like a truck every turn with this, what else would you suggest? M9-G8? i have yet to tried thar build.. with that i would probably have enought points to consider playing poe

snap in this way is amazing, take always or boost or barrell, or both, and another action. autothruster make him durable from 360 view, and snap going out well.
r4d6, make ello prevent reduce a damage when him kae 3+ damage. and integrated astromech help me.
ps: if want can go out xpertise on snap for predator. is good , i play with it, and one more point help you upgrade some pava or hello upgrade

If you are getting good results with the combo don't let my reaction to the price discourage you. I'm partial to M9-G8 but that only two points cheaper.

tried the snap build with expertise but didn't gete to use bb8 even once but i was using primed thrusters instead of pattern analyzer.. would be a good idea to try again!
why r4-d6 on ello? i think r2 astromech works awesome on him

ello , have only red normally: the koyo. r2 astromech for me is not usefull on him. it is better on pava
