You might want to remove that last sentence. Without it, he's already as powerful as Darth Vader, Sith Lord, who's probably the second most powerful character in the game after Poe Dameron.
Maybe if the second line was changed to after Mace Windu activates he gains 1 shield for each weapon he has equipped.
Mace seems on par or vader as they both were capable of defeating the emperor.
