So I was at a store tournament today and someone was running Ghost/Phantom and TLT. I was always under the impression that on Ghost's second go around with TLT it didn't get to have the second attack because it says "you can't attack again this round" and TLT states it is two separate attacks. I was told this had been changed and was dismissed. Is this true?

Right out of page 19 of the faq:

If a VCX-100 is equipped with the Ghost Title, has a docked Attack Shuttle equipped with the Phantom title and performs an attack with a Twin Laser Turret at the end of the Combat Phase, that ship can perform the second attack with the Twin Laser Turret

Your opponent is correct. The new timing chart for executing an attack means that he gets both as part of 1 attack.

As long as you do it with respect you are correct to question something like especially when the answer to your question has changed. Any time someone tells you "the rule has changed" you probably should question it unless you know it to be true. If you didn't what's stopping someone from just making up "changes" when there really aren't any.

Really don't, for the longest time you would have been right and when this changed it didn't make a splash at all since titled Ghosts are so rare.
