Bear Island is played during Dominance, and allows the owner, if they meet all the necessary conditions, to select and kill a character. The question is, when does this event come into play during the Dominance phase, before or after Dominance is awarded? My reading of the timing chart was that it took place after as there doesn't appear to be a Player Action slot until that point. But, of course, I was on the receiving end of the card, so I wanted to confirm that I wasn't simply reading the rule to my benefit.
