IO on Avenger, im not quite sure... That ship could use a spinal or x17. Ordenance expert will do you bigger favors + an engine tech on the Demo. Corrupter... only 3 of your squads would benefit form its usage. Personally Id drop it. Also, Im not really sure of the phantom. You might be better off with a bomber.
