Hi I have a question about this card:

,,Each hero within 3 spaces of you recovers 1 Heart and 1 Fatigue,, - Does this effect apply to the holder of this item as well ?

Yes! Each hero literally means every hero that is within 3 spaces. If FFG wants to exclude the user they always use 'each other hero'.
