I'm brand new to this game, so please go easy on me. With this list I'm trying to fit in the models I like and make them work together as good as possible. My gaming evironment is rather casual, so there's no need for super optimized lists.

The basic idea is to disrupt the enemy approach with the U-wing and pick off blocked or ionized targets with a swarm consisting of Jess and the two A-Wings.
Heff is supposed to fly ahead, block the enemy and drop bombs. Electronic Baffle enables him to stop(-turn) in the round after a successful block and deploy the Conner Net directly into the enemy's face. Tactical Jammer provides cover for the rest of the squadron. Jan Ors can turn Heff's actions into evade tokens, to make him more flexible and provide extra attack dice for Jess, if Heff is looking at the same target.
Jess is here to deliver the damage. Swarm Leader provides a potential 2 additional attack dice - remember, every other ship can generate evasion tokens, either by default or through Jan Ors. The best thing about this is that her pilot ability lets her reroll 1 die per friendly ship within 1 range, both when attacking and defending. So we're looking at a max. of 6 attack dice at range 1 with 2-3 rerolls for attack and defence, and that's not taking into account her Focus or Target lock. Primed Thrusters add a bit of flexibility after red maneuvers to get in a good firing position.
Green Sqadron Pilot comes with PS4 (Adaptability) and Squad Leader, so he can hand out free actions to every other ship in this list.
The Prototype Pilot is there to make the swarm bigger and increase Jess' bonuses. Like the other A-Wing, it can also double as a blocker to set up targets for Jess.
One issue I see is that I have a rather low PS through the board, with 4 being the highest. I will be shooting last more often than not, but I hope to make up for this by blocking a lot and using Tactical Jammer, Conner Net and free actions to my advantage.
