I would like to start playing Skirmish.

What do you recommend supplements of the Rebellion at the beginning to somehow be able to play.

Obi Wan and Leia are both really good options as well. Obi Wan has the tourney map, and he's a strong piece right now in 5/6 tournament scenarios. He also comes with some good Force User command cards.

In my country: Poland, yet there is no addition Obi Wan.

And if some good soul can write me an example I'll stick to the game?

Assuming you have the core, here are the 6 best Rebel expansion packs you could pick up:

2x Rebel Troopers

1x Rebel Saboteurs

Leia

R2 and Threepio

Obi Wan -OR- Echo Base Troopers

These packs can set you up with a solid base to build impressive Rebel Armies and get you a solid start in Skirmish.

i would go with

2rebel troopers or 2 rebel sabs (but u wont have any of the new spy cards if you go sabs)

thats enough to run the pretty standard luke and leia combo and you should have most of the command cards except negate which is in the hoth expansion

Depends on the list you want to run, but Heart of Freedom (found in the Alliance Smuggler pack) is really good in Rebel lists.
