So the point of this list is control and Green dice reduction. IG will shoot after both Zuckuss and the gun runner put TBs on something and should have double mods after the first turn. The gun runner cloaks first turn then switches for EMP device meaning I am cloaked for the game essentially. thoughts?

The Aggressor is already a lower PS than Zuckuss. Maybe you could throw Fearlessness on one of your two heavy hitters instead of Veteran Instincts and get an extra hit out. With the two tractor beams, you could easily pull someone into range/position for it to work.
