I started a rather unpopular topic and have been harassed since it's funny they reported me as each one of the wad reported for harassment twice already before I started this. I think they need to read up harassment and trolling

What is funny is all they had to do is report me not post it.

The reason people are annoyed with you is because you feel like you are a victim of this game. Your rant in Venting on the State of Armada proved that. Ben kicked your ass, and you were down n out. I get that. I know how it feels to lose multiple games in a row.

But more than a few people asked you to post your list and how you were playing. They wanted to help you. They would have helped you if you had just reached out.

Instead, you felt the need to say the game is broke because you can't win. This game is difficult, no doubt about that. There are a lot of rules to know and remember. A lot of interactions to understand. But if you post an honest question here on the forums, you will get an honest answer back. We are here to help each other play better and talk about new strategies and combos.

But you didn't want to be a part of that. You wanted everyone to know why this game is bad and how only you can fix it with your radical changes. Changes that are unbalanced, untested, and have no grounds. It's your unsolicited suggestions and comments on why Armada is bad that pisses people off.

How would you feel if you spent several hundred dollars into something, and then this guy no one knows says you wasted all that money, and they know how to make your investment better? This is essentially what you are doing.

Literally everything you post is negative, and I feel you have hit rock bottom because you know people don't want to talk to you anymore, and now you are creating this threads about trolling. It serves no purpose. You are shouting and screaming in a room where people want to discuss their game. And when we say "Hey look at that troll over there" you get angry. You brought this on yourself. What did you expect?

I do my best to keep each thread its own entity, and don't let discussion of bias towards people spill over int another thread. I remain objective to what the thread is about, but **** you are making it difficult to stay that way. I don't even take your comments seriously anymore and no one else does either (you can blame Ben for that).

A lot of people are reporting you. Many moons ago, there was another obnoxious troll. People got sick of his constant negativity and he was eventually banned. Maybe this will happen to you. I don't know.

I can tell you this though. If you actually try to be a part of the community, not giving your suggestions on how to fix Armada or how dead and broke the rules are, people might actually take you seriously again. You can be a part of this if you want. The first step is probably apologizing for your blatant trolling and negativity towards the game, and disrespect for the people who have tried to reach out and help you.

I really don't care what you do, but either try to be a part of us, or just leave. Don't make FFG get involved and have to ban you. Grow up, be responsible and understand why the community doesn't want to listen to you anymore.

I'm sure their one warning points will serve as a strong message?

The British definition of harassment is behaviour which causes alarm or distress. It can also be seen as a persistent course of conduct of behaviour causing harassment. Another definition is persistent unwanted contact, so it's not really harassment when you create additional topics soliciting further communication.

If the behaviour on this forum causes you alarm or distress, I would expect you to have retreated from it which is incredibly easy to do.

The closest IRL analogy I can think of is that you are complaining of harassment because you keep telephoning someone and they are telling you that they don't appreciate your calls.

Oh no I kind like this game other than the things I don't I really hate the rush to judgment that these people are having I really want to keep playing or I would of never said anything and left I am trying to get what feel is wrong righted. Or trust I would of left already.

Heck someone was asking about adding a dedicated anti fighter ship did I say that was stupid no it's just we have them already people are not using them for that though.

Bladewing. Bear in mind that it is really easy to check someones full posting history.

This could of been avoided by not just saying I am a troll and say I don't get or agree with anything you said I think things are fine.

At this could less if people get banned or I get. banned I don't care for people going into a discussion I started saying defamatory things because they disagree with or just don't like how I said it. If you don't get ask for clarification and don't like how I said it say that or don't post saying I am a troll and I should hurt and your game if I was just starting and this happened to me I think I would just write off FFG entirely. Just because some got his feelings hurt instead of pondering what was said or asking for clarification.
