I might be over-thinking this, but how are remaining points (half-points) determined if the Attack Shuttle is docked on the Ghost? Is it half of the Ghost/Phantom combined, or Half Ghost and full Phantom?

Half points for ghost - yes

Points for shuttle - No because it isn't destroyed if it's still docked
