I've played X-Wing for some years now but have never paid much attention to the Scum and Villainy faction. However I got the Most Wanted pack for Christmas and I am now considering getting some more ships and making a squad. Can anyone recommend some current competitive scum lists for the current meta game?

Attaini Mindlink is good on pretty much whatever you throw it on, provided multiple ships have it equipped of course. Mindlink comes with the Jumpmaster 5000 expansion and I believe you get 2 coppies of it.

Fenn Rau (protectorate expansion): Concord Dawn, Attani Mindlink, Autothrusters (32)

Asajj Ventress (Shadowcaster): Mindlink, Lattz Razzi (40)

Manaroo: Mindlink (28)

If you want to use some of your pilots from Most Wanted:

Fenn Rau: Concord Dawn, Mindlink, Autothrusters (32)

Boba Fett (Most Wanted): Mindlink (40)

Manaroo: Mindlink (28)

This list is really thematic since both Boba and Fenn are from Mandalore and it's actually quite good, despite what the lack of upgrade cards would suggest. It also wouldn't require you to buy a Shadowcaster because Boba does almost as well as Asajj in that spot next to Fenn.

So, for Scum I'd definitely buy a Protectorate expansion for Fenn Rau (scums best ace) and 2 Jumpmaster expansions for 4 copies of Attani Mindlink and Manaroo, who has an incredible support ability for scum (also could use the infamous Dengar+Manaroo with 2 jumpmasters if you wanted). Could also pick up a Shadowcaster if you have the $$, but Boba should do alright instead of Asajj if you're willing to accept a slight power decrease in that list.

But yeah, with just Most Wanted, the Protectorate and 2 Jumpmaster expansions you'd really have the core of the scum faction right there. The Mist Hunter is also a good buy for Zuckuss and 4-LOM, but isn't really required unless you're playing Dengaroo (Dengar+Manaroo) in which case Dengar would have Zuckuss equipped.

Edit: You would also need a Starviper for Autothrusters on Fenn if you don't have them already.
