Best looking ship?

B-wings and they deserve an update in the movies and X-wing mini.

If the B Wings just had a slightly canted pose (or a swivel mount!) then they'd be perfect.

TIE Interceptor. It's has same kind of scariness as Messerschmitt 109G had.

Only a star destroyer surpass a TIE in raw beauty and majesty, but they aren't starfighters.

There are lots of wonderful ships in the SW universe, but nothing comparable to the star destroyer and the tie.

Striker, closely followed by the Bomber and his fat cousin, the Punisher.

I've developed a major thing for the U wing, especially in the closed wing configuration. It looks fantastic, it's absolutely plum nailed the Star Wars aesthetic whilst still being novel.

1. TIE Defender. Both in lore and on the table it has a striking presence.

2. B-wing. It a great canvas for repaints, and has the Jouster feel to it.

3. Tantive IV. The funkiest ship around. I have fond memories of rampaging through its halls in Star Wars Battlefront II as General Grievous (the time-line inconsistency was fun also).

4. T-65 X-wing. The FFG paint jobs leave something to be desired, but repaints make them look fantastic.

5. Starviper. It feels like it's falling forwards.

True, a slip by my part. Maybe is too new for me, but I suppose the striker should go between the de advance and the bomber in the previous list.

The ship I like look of the best in the game is the Most wanted paint job of the Z-95. A clean and simple paint job on a fighter that screams predator and makes me wish there was a ground version of the game. So I could put the underwing missile rack to god use. My runner up for looks is the picture I saw of the new Syck repaint. iI can't wait to get that epic ship and new Syck. Now my favorite ship of all time is the Hwk-290 Hawk.I have been I love with this ship form when I played Dark forces and is the ship that got me into this game.

It just so happens my favorite ship to play is my favorite ship to look at; the TIE Defender!

I have to admit, the Interceptor on a magnet looks reeeeeeeallly cool.

The Ghost, love the look of that ship, really need to play it more.

Just picked up a TIE Striker today. I gotta say, it's pretty sharp too.

Squints have always be my favorite since 1980. But, the Fang Fighter does now come a very close second.

I think they all look great; not only in design but also in execution. My LEAST favorite would be the Jumpmaster, it's an interesting design but the canopy/cockpit falls flat with me.

BUT, I am prepared to be judged. I know the Pursuer isn't the most adored ship chassis, but I've been in love with it (and Slave II) since reading Dark Empire, and recently got a great high-quality sculpt from Shapeways.

My repaint isn't done, I'd like to add more detail, but I'm happy as-is. I've been flying it as Imp Boba (using standard Imp Boba card) with two Strikers and having a blast.

Chir'daki Death Seeds are by far one of my favorite designs, especially for a ugly ship aligned with filthy rebels. Sadly I lack the parts for a custom design and the shapeways print out is rather lacking. Next is my personal concept wip TIE Bomber with the Solar panels swapped for Avenger/Defender wings. It's kind of a mix between Shadow Squadron TIEs and Gand Star Fighters.

I also think the Stormtrooper Transports, Escort Shuttles, and ATR-6 designs are nice. Purely because they were more functional than pleasant to look at.

A trait I carried over from Armored Core is that a ugly frame can look amazing with a good paint job. That applies to bulky transports and Uglies.

VT-49 Decimator. The very best there is. When you absolutely, positively got to kill every rebel scum on the mat, accept no substitutes.

I've actually started to love that little guy with one up and one down. It looks like it is prepared to make a nice bank maneuver.

Z-95, X-Wing, Ghost, K-Wing, ARC-170, Punishing one, Slave 1. for me.

T-65 X-Wing. Hands down.

U-Wing really nailed the used universe aesthetic too, especially the closed configuration. I do like Incom.

FFG did the model justice too.

I'll admit I wasn't a fan of the ARC-170 until I saw it in this game.

Honourable mention to the YT-2400 too. The Headhunter also.
