Also, does anyone have a good primer or visual on how to consistently double arc at long range with small ships?

1. Have lots of small ships, and use commanders that aid navigation such as Madine or Ozzel. Getting a double arc shot on one CR90 may not happen. On 1 of 3 is a **** near certainty
2. Spam navigate commands and shoot at the largest ship possible.
