I feel I might be reading into it too much, but say only 2 of the 3 players spend resource points in the management phase, do the 3rd players points go back into the Total resource pool or do they just get a new stack on the next management phase?

Example: Total resource Income; 240 - 80/80/80 - player 1 spends 80, player 2 spends 70, and player 3 spends 0. Remaining balance - 0/10/80. Does the next turns resource pool look like option A or B?

A: Income: 240 Total: 330 - 80/90/160

B: Income: 240 Total: 330 - 110/110/110

You bank any points you don't spend on your Individual sheet.

So anything you don't spend of your allocation, is yours to save.

They don't go back into the pool. You crate them off and ship them off to the same warehouse you store unattached Upgrades in....

The next time resources are allocated, you'll add them on...

Its the only way you'd ever be able to afford a Large Ship.
