Thoughts?

I like the list in that it has a clear plan and seems like you've efficiently maximised it towards that end.

An alternative i'd propose is instead of 2 transport doing the same on a slightly smaller scale with an assault frigate. You deliver 3 Bwings instead of 4, but you don't pay twice for the launch bays & flight controller. Plus, yknow, Assault frigate.

As is, the transport are 56 points or so protected by 4 hits, obscured and a Scatter, there's plenty of ships that can pop that no trouble, and carrying the brings gives them a reason to do so.

1. I'm doing the afmk bays thing with GH in a different list I'm working on

2. The major value in brining the flotillas is it brings the list up to 6 activations. The sixth activation should allow for admo to get last/first a high percentage of lists and prevents most other swarm lists from doing the same if they outbid me for initiative.

I do wonder if I should shave admo down to a Torp, add H9's, and shave a vette in favor of a jan ball/bcc

I would defiantly go for the MC30 torpedo with H9, saves the pain of watching that flotilla give you the bird and walk away from your 8 dice double arc.
