Jabba the Anti-Ace. Destroying the 2-3 ship meta.

Basically Jabba will be able to destroy one enemy ship. Oh, not outright. But he'll be like Agent Kallus on steroids. Choose ONE enemy ship at the start of the game. Maybe ALL of your ships gain +1 Attack and +1 defense when attacking that ship.

Jabba - gives rise to swarms coming back to the meta. That is my prediction.

3 would be a bit extreme. I'd vote for 2 crew slots. Because even then, he'd still really only be able to fit on the YV-666. (For regular play). So you already have an expensive ship - and maybe you need a micro-swarm in order to capitalize on Jabba's ability, so do you REALLY want to add that extra crew there? You are gonna need all the point you can get just to make him work.

I like it, but I'd even take it slightly further. You can either put the bounty on a unique pilot, or a ship carrying a unique crew upgrade.

Han Solo isn't going to evade that bounty by hiding on a lowly Lothal Rebel.

One idea: All illicit cards do not get turned over after they are used or broken when he is on the table. Alternatively, flip one back up per turn.

It's the same art they used for him in the LCG and Imperial Assault. FFG isn't shy about re-using art assets for multiple games.
