I guess I must own two, so I can have the Broken Horn.

So if this is the equivalent of the Gozanti, it still leaves the possibility that a heavier, and bigger, 'attack' style ship could come down the line to keep the S&V in some degree of parity to the Rebels (GR75 first, then the CR90) and the Empire (first the Raider, than the Gozanti).
I'm also going to presume, just like the Gozanti and the GR75, that this will be worth 2 Epic Points for list building.
Top row: 6 x Light SCK
Mid row: 5 x same, 2 x same (new team?), Heavy Turret, crew?, crew?, Vizago, Azmorgian, Jabba the Hutt!
Bot row: 5 x same, Automated Protocols, Optimized Generators, Heavy SCK, 3 x C-ROC titles
Well time to retire my kit.
Based on past/current predicted/actual release times, I'd say there's maybe 4+mths life in it yet! ![]()
(and, personally, I hope you find somewhere you can leave it in perpetuity where you don't have to renew it every few months
)
So this is the small Epic for Scum.
I'd be very sasd if the big Epics won't be the Wild Karrde :/
Also: Is there a Jabba card in the fan?
I would not cal Talon Kaarde "scum". Like Han, Lando, Dash and others he is a good guy.
S&V = dirty bad guys
Empire = clean bad guys
Rebels = good guys
Han and lando ARE rebels. They're both generals in return of the Jedi. Talon marred isnt actually part of the new republic, he just helps em out occasionally but is firmly his own organization
He isn't the same as Greedo. Or Boba Fett. Or Jabba.
He also isn't on Grand Admiral Thrawn's side.
A good scum from the same source: Niles Ferrier. Not Kaarde.
"The C-ROC Cruiser Expansion Pack is scheduled to arrive at retailers late in the first quarter of 2017!"
When does this equate to( taking into account FFG timetables), somewhere around June/July sound about right?
Haven't read all the replies, but cue the FAQ'ing of Zuckess to restrict him to small or large ships in 3,2,1...

If that's true it'd be a perfect timing for a gift for myself. Hope it's sooner but no later than that.
Edited by ScummyRebelI'm actually rather hoping the the second set of 5 of the same upgrade cards are fixes for other ships, like the Starviper. No actual facts to support this, but a man can hope.
I see a couple weapons disabled tokens. I hope those are for the Scyk pilots or a new cannon.

Because it's a bigger ship physically, and with more card stock in the box, and longer times to put together I would think, that may account for some of the delay in the mystery of the SWX58 code being listed, and the product actually being announced. FFG knows how bitchy we all get when we don't get our toys in a mob-rule decided time line, so they have been diligently making and boxing the product so it can actually ship in a timely manner.

No doubt, wasn't intending to be sarcastic or snarky, hopefully didn't come off that way. Just looking to accurately set my hopes so I don't get sad when April rolls around and they're still not in stores.
Edit: spelling
Edited by darkdookuVery cool ship. Now for the large scum epic, maybe a Marauder Corvette? Pretty please? ![]()

Gonna cut the top engine off, then ? [hmmm, Rebels add an engine to Hammerhead, Scum take one off C-Roc - is that a shady deal going on ???] ![]()
Still, a 12 point blocker is very useful.
Absolutely. A 12 point blocker with a great dial and barrel roll as well.
As Squark said, Tansarri's could find some love as well, and not just Crackshot. Cheap Mindlink or Juke pilots could be pretty handy.
I agree. Attanni Mindlink was where my mind was heading.
This would sell a lot better if it had a Viper fix. Hopefully Scum Aces is in the works.
Ain't that the truth.
Starviper fix, I'm in. As it is, I'm happy to save the cash and skip this.
Well time to retire my kit.
Naa. It is still fine! You can field both together ![]()
Not viper
The only Relevent crew spoiled seems EXCEPTIONALLY troll and hilarious for use in games
Unless he allows your stim large base take cloaking device im which case woe is us
Hopefully the restriction holds in his case too
Oh dear god, Vizago's going to be fantastic with the cloaking device unless they FAQ this.
1) Take cloak action.
2) At the start of the End phase, replace the Cloaking Device with a Feedback Array.
3) At the end of the round, you have no Cloaking Device card to discard when you roll an eyeball.
You'd never roll the eyeball if you swapped out the card. I'm pretty sure that only the HWK and the G1-A can pull this off as you need a small ship with a crew and illicit slot. With all of the awesome Scum crew available, it seems like a fair trade.
This would let you cloak a ship and then switch the illicit out for another Illicit if you just plan on leaving the ship cloaked the whole game.
Surely this isn't going to be the case - there's no cloaking device to keep you cloaked ... you're going to de-cloak when you remove the upgrade.
So this is the small Epic for Scum.

What about fenn rau? He may have been antagonistic to start, but he's been helping the rebels now. Still a scum card.
Or palob: "played a major role in the Tethan resistance against the Galactic Empire." And have the moldy crow to the rebellion.
Ndru was a hunt saboteur (so the exact opposite of a bounty hunter) and WAS a. Rebel at one point.
Emon azzameen assisted the rebels and I would argue is in a similar situation to talon karrde.
S&V is not just "dirty bad guys". Its just people that aren't part of the empire or rebellion

I am guessing 145 days from now; early June.
Any Starviper love?
Nuts. I was really hoping they'd announce the StarSpeeder 3000 today.

Nothing says you automatically decloak if you lose the cloak action. Otherwise cloaking device wouldn't have to force you to decloak when it breaks

Nope. Just dirty bad guys.
The name comes from Obi Wan's warning to Luke, no doubt.
Scum are criminals and not to be trusted.
Doing a direct comparison between this and the Gozanti:
Roughly the same firing arc
Gozanti is PS 2, the C-ROC is PS1
Same total health, though the distribution is slightly different: the C-ROC loses a shield and gains a hull.
Action bar: Gozanti has the coordinate action, C-ROC has the Jam action. Otherwise identical.
C-ROC has one additional cargo slot.
CROC costs 5 points fewer as a base.
We have no information about the dial yet, and thus don't know anything about its energy budget.
So from what I can tell, the CROC is simply a better bargain all the way around. It doesn't have the same obvious carrier build that the Gozanti has, but even just given the options we know are available to it, it should have a couple fun troll builds.
Also: I'm very curious to know if Gonk + Automated protocols will be a thing.
My guess:
New hard cannon with reload time (weapon disabled function)
Furthermore:
PS1 Scyk does not neccessarily have to be cheaper than 12 points. Sometimes PS1 is better than PS2. But I also thing the PS1 will be some unique pilot with interesting ability (useful with his PS1)
And:
Maybe new debris field with new rule
