I've been wanting to bust out the a-wings recently but don't have enough for a swarm, so I thought I'd try a slightly different approach.

My theory is Jake can arc dodge and get close for the prockets, causing havoc, and Gemmer will be almost untouchable with 4-5 evade dice, place an evade token if needed, and if I can keep her at range 1, still gets 3 red dice. The freighter can then snipe at range with its 4 dice, making target priority a tough call for my opponent. Yes, once the freighter goes down it will be harder for the a-wings to punch through things like defenders, but hopefully by that stage the worst of the enemy will be dealt with. It feels like to do well I'll have to fly the whole list very well, which in itself could be interesting!
