New guy question! Does Bistan allow for a hit to be rolled to a crit when attacking with the heavy laser cannon?

It's not rerolling, it's changing the result. This is an important distinction.

Works like this:

1. Roll attack dice for HLC.

2. Immediately change crits to hits.

3. You may now modify your dice in other ways, including using Bistan to change a hit to a crit.

Side note: save the points. Use Mangler Cannon instead for Ten Num. Pick a different crew to help keep Ten Num alive.
