This seems like it should be obvious, but I'm not finding anything that clears it up. Red maneuvers are stated to place a stress token WHEN you move. Where is the ship when the token is placed? Basically, if I want to execute a red maneuver and have Yorr eat the stress, does he need to be in range 1-2 of the start or finish of the maneuver?

The finish. The order of doing a maneuver goes like this:

1. Reveal dial

2. Put down template, pick up and move ship, pick up template

3. Add or remove stress based on maneuver color (the badly named "Check pilot stress step")

4. Trigger anything that happens "After executing a maneuver"
