What do you listen to when you play?

Do you have music playing in the background when you play? If so what do you listen to?

I generally put Christopher Franke's Babylon 5 soundtracks on and let them play.

The voices in my head...

The voices in my head...

The only problem with that is, only you can hear them.

Unfortunately when I get over to Dad's to play, it's to the tune of a too-loud t.v. blaring (Dad's totally not hard of hearing, oh, no!), idiotic small dogs barking, etc.

Still better than my buddy's house, as his 2 kids are added into the mix (and this after me specifically escaping from my pair of hellions!)

So basically, my games seem like the're being played in a food court.

For me, in my basement, means I listen to the local radio station. Alternative Rock.

Depends if I'm hosting or just have an earbud in when I play (disguised as a bluetooth headset, needed to accommodate my busy -snerk- busy -bits lip- schedule.... yeah....)

If I get my choice it's usually a mixture of updated and remastered Tie Fighter soundtracks, Sonata Arctica, Gustav Holst 'the planets' suites, soundtrack to 'A Fox in Space', Evening Star, an assortment of suitable anime medlies, and oddly, some music from Kirby/Smash Bros. And, you know, whatever else ends up in my shuffle by accident.

When at somewhere else... usually Metallica or some other iconic 80's metal bands interspersed with local flavours of screeching.
