Jabba's Realm et al. Expected Amazon Availability Query

By Master Wang, in Star Wars: Imperial Assault

Title says it all really. Roughly how long does it usually take for things to become available from Amazon? Of course I mean with Amazon as the seller offering the non-inflated prices, not individual sellers selling Knight Luke, etc. for $40.

As I live abroad, a FLGS is not an option. However, this is the first time I have been ahead of the curve and actually waiting for some IA products to become available. Frankly, in this particular expansion's case, waiting is almost unbearable!

Which of the Amazons? Amazon.com, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de ?

My Finnish store has updated their estimate to 17th-20th (from 12th), but it may take longer.

It takes what it takes.

.com and .uk are the ones I use to get deliveries to Japan for a decent price. I've only ever managed on IA thing sold on .jp by Amazon as the seller. Bizarrely it was Boba Fett for just 1000 yen :-)

Will just keep waiting...impatiently...

Yeah I am waiting till they go on sale somewhere. Ffg/asmodee does not care if you get to pay more than MSRP for their products. As long as you pay at least MSRP they will be happy. I have seen price gouging on amazon before and it is just crazy. The price for miniature paint is twice where you can get it somewhere else. I try to avoid amazon as much as possible. I do understand in some cases you can't avoid it and hope that the price becomes reasonable for you on amazon.

Amazon proper can often take over a month to carry some of FFG's products. I wouldn't recommend anything from their market place unless amazon does the shipping themselves.

It would appear that Amazon US has either been put in a situation where it has to wait many weeks before it has FFG items in stock. Although, some of the newer items aren't even showing up at all. So perhaps Asmodee is cutting Amazon off. This lack of transparency on their part is infuriating.
