A brief History; Campaign Round 1. The Imperials began the conflict with initiative and declared an attack on Polanis with the Beta Bishop and Knight fleet. Rebels defended with Beta Trident and won the engagement. Rebels attacked an Imperial base at Saberhing Asteroid Belt with Beta Delta, and Imperials defended with Beta Rook Fleet, Imperials Defend successfully. Score: Imps - 1 Rebs - 1.
Campaign Round 2. Rebels take initiative. Delta fleet performs a Hyperlane Raid at Truuzdan against Rook fleet and score a quick resource gain. Imperials perform an attack on a Rebel Base on New Plympto against Trident and destroyed the base. Score: Imps - 2 Rebs - 1
Campaign Round 3. Rebels take initiative. Trident attacks Saberhing again and is ripped to shreds by Rook. Bishop and Knight destroy an outpost at Xiquine II and table Delta. Score: Imps - 5 Rebs - 1
The all out offensive is declared!
Beginning of Round 2: Avenger jumps in from hyperspace with Demolisher by her side. Both are screaming in at speed 3. In an equal show of balls, two winged mc-80s drop into the path of the Arquitens. The squad swarms begin to grind into each other.
One MC-80 is crippled along with one winged, but their damage output is paying off as one Arquiten drops (hand of justice) and demolisher gets her shields melted.
Turn 3:
Initiative pays off for Imps as Centicore gets one last hurrah before getting melted. The vsd takes a heavy barrage on its nose and drops to 1 hp but dishes it back well. The MC-80 both winged and not are losing hull fast, but bring down Demolisher.
Turn 4:
The VSD makes use of initiative again, dumping its arcs into the healthiest MC-80 and rams the winged in front of her, both are at 1 hp and die. The remaining imperial ships begin tightening the noose.
Turn 5:
The IntSD takes the last Winged MC-80 and moves safely away from the MC-30 while the ISD scrubs squads with the raider.
Turn 6:
The Gozantis use con-fire to hit the MC-30 and hide behind the dust field and Gallent haven runs over its own flotilla.
Turn 7:
The casualties.
And the Grand Fleet.
