Sorry if this has been asked before but if Finn is on a Falcon with structural damage,does he still add a blank of the defence roll?

Yes. You also still get the +1 die for range 3, and the +1 die for obstruction.

Yes. Crit lowers your agility. Finn is not agility.

I noticed that C-3PO specifically say "after rolling 1 or more dice", does that mean you count as having "rolled" even with 0 agility and thus can trigger Finn? My initial impression was that "no, you never rolled anything so it doesn't trigger" but now I'm starting to wonder about the step by step wording... Still seems sketchy, but I've not looked too deeply at the attack sequence sheet in a while.

You can add Finn's dice regardless of whether you actually rolled any dice during the 'roll defence dice' step. You can successfully roll zero dice.

You always count as having rolled at least 0 dice, yes.
