Yes. You decide when to apply the ability from each copy.

I thought they could.... just wanted to make sure that there wasn't someone out there who could have potentially read "Once Per Round" and assumed it was a cover-all for that ability regardless of card count and make me dispute my belief.

Once per round in xwing means "once per round per instance of this upgrade".
