So does the combo of scavenger crane and stealth device make more sense that glitterstim and countermeasures??

I think both have their pros and cons and I honestly think it would come down to preference.

Do you want the one time 3rd dice and the removal of the lock or with crane is there a greater opportunity when using Stealth?

Why not scavenger crane and countermeasures? From my understanding, countermeasures is as much about the ability to remove a target lock as it is about the extra agility.

Ha this never even crossed my mind. Definitely makes sense. I'm disappointed in myself for missing this.

In a Dengaroo mirror, the Dengar without countermeasures will lose. One gets its Plasma Torp off and the other doesn't, so chances are the countermeasures Dengar wins that and lives to hunt down the opposing Manaroo.
